In sharp contrast, the many former Chrysler franchised dealerships that were canceled as part of Chrysler’s obtaining of received federal bailout assistance are no longer able to sell those vehicles. The taking lawsuit filed by the former franchised Chrysler dealers now heads to the Federal Circuit.
